About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Set and oversee project timelines
- Track ongoing project schedules and keep the team aware of all approaching deadlines
- Keep an up-to-date record of all appropriate points of contact information relating to each project
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach, lead, and support project team members
- Set up and run project status calls with clients and provide accurate status updates
- Fully manage the project's permitting process
- Schedule and coordination of surveys, inspections, audits, witness tests, utility construction, testing, and commissioning
- Coordinate subcontractors and deliveries with the guidance of the VP of Construction
- Track project budgets and costs
- Manage closeout punch list items
- Be a point of contact to field workers and provide immediate responses to material and status requests
- Operate SiteTracker and ensure it's kept up to date at all times
- Report to the White Plains, NY office in person each day
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
