Project Manager

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

  • Set and oversee project timelines
  • Track ongoing project schedules and keep the team aware of all approaching deadlines
  • Keep an up-to-date record of all appropriate points of contact information relating to each project
  • Monitor project deliverables
  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
  • Coach, lead, and support project team members
  • Set up and run project status calls with clients and provide accurate status updates
  • Fully manage the project's permitting process
  • Schedule and coordination of surveys, inspections, audits, witness tests, utility construction, testing, and commissioning
  • Coordinate subcontractors and deliveries with the guidance of the VP of Construction
  • Track project budgets and costs
  • Manage closeout punch list items
  • Be a point of contact to field workers and provide immediate responses to material and status requests
  • Operate SiteTracker and ensure it's kept up to date at all times
  • Report to the White Plains, NY office in person each day

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Required Skills

  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
